Can I change plans later?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged a prorated amount. When downgrading, you'll receive credit towards your next billing cycle.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and support payments through Stripe for maximum security.

Is there a free trial?

Not at the moment. You can change or cancel your plan at any time, so you are never locked in.

What happens if I exceed my limits?

We'll notify you when you're approaching your plan limits. You can upgrade anytime, or we'll work with you to find the right solution.

Can I cancel anytime?

Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time and you'll keep access until the end of your current billing period. Cancelling stops future renewals — payments already made are non-refundable, including for the remainder of the current period.

Do you offer discounts for startups or non-profits?

Yes! We offer special pricing for eligible startups, educational institutions, and non-profit organizations. Contact us to learn more.

Need invoices or a contract?

• Bring your own AI keys (Anthropic, Google, OpenAI) — we never mark up or charge for AI.
• @claude, @copilot and @gemini from any task, and an MCP server with no daily call limit (fair use).
• Pro+ unlimited storage is subject to fair use. Outbound transfer above ~50 GB / month per workspace is billed at cost.
• Prices in SGD, per seat — no GST is charged (we are not GST-registered).
