Export as CSV or PDF
Every list page in iKASecure, the iKanban board and iKAgent has an Export button with a download icon, at the right of its toolbar. It exports what the page shows: the same team, tab, filters and search.
- CSV: every row with every column, for a spreadsheet. Dates read like
2026-10-18 20:37in your time zone. Text that a spreadsheet would run as a formula (starting with=,+,-or@) is written as plain text. - PDF: a report: the title, the team and filters it was made from, the time it was made, a short summary where the page has one, then the rows as a table. A table with many columns prints across the page.
The file is named ikanban-<page>-<team>-<date>.csv (or .pdf).
